Dear Interns,
We will be continuing to take applications and booking in our usual manner. Virtual tours are available by request.
Please see our Dates and Rates page for current available dates and policies for intern housing for the summer. If your internship is cancelled due COVID-19, though we will not refund the placement fee, we will refund the deposit with verification of cancellation from your internship employer.
For your health and peace of mind, please know that all the apartments are professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. We look forward to the clearance to continue with our usual schedule.

We offer studio, one, and two-bedroom units, with options for shared or private bedrooms. Our apartments are furnished with the basic things you will need in order to get right to work. You’ll only need to bring clothes, linens and personal items.
